FRx - Subscript Out of Range Error

Hi I have a FRx report which has one tree, one row format.
This is a departmental report. In the tree there is a consolidated line which is not associated with any row format. I have other departments under the consolidated line in the tree. When I run the report for individual lines, there is no error at all. All the departments run fine. But when I run the consolidated line OR when I select "Mark All" when running, it gives this error. I think as the consolidated is not associated with any row format, it is giving this error. Is my understanding correct?
Please clarify me on this.

Do you have the Departments set up as children under the consoilidated line and also do you have a company set up with it?

My understanding was right. Because the consolidated row is not associated with any row format, it is giving this error when I selected the Consolidated row along with the tree branches. I resolved it but anyway wanted to post the solution.
