FRx - Selecting by something other than GL number

I am just starting to look at FRx with Great Plains. Is there a way that I can set up the rows to use fields in the GL account master other than the GL number. For example, could I use the Alias field to define a range in 'Link to General Ledger', or the User Defined field?

Plain and simple NO.

You can use the Account Category in the row format. There are about 40 categories in Great Plains and you can rename them. That is about the only option besides using a GL segment.

But don't forget you can use account masks in the row format like 4??? would give you all the accounts beginning with "4".
