FRX QUESTION - IN EMIAL DRILL DOWN VIEWER ERROR

we are on citrix and frx version is 7.5

I have send email to frx report to user. when user are opening email attachment (frd file) then they get error "error 0" and frx report is not opening. Microsoft outlook email is on the local machines

Does the user have FRx Drilldown Viewer installed locally or are they accessing it through citrix as well? I would think they need to view the file using drilldown viewer.

You could try sending your output to HTML and they can view it in a browser.

Do the users have access to the company database that was used for the report?

Unless someone with more citrix knowledge can help you out I would suggest using a different output such as Excel or HTML and emailing that format instead of the frd file.

frx report output can be exported to .pdf formats

not supported to export to pdf. used to sort of work but the 6.7 version is very spotty and troublesome with pdf. they want you to use the Frx report server.
