I have three Great Plains Databases. Their currencies are Rand CDN, and US.

I need to be able to produce a consolidated Balance Sheet in CDN funds. When I do it prints in the functional currency of each.

Where can tell FRX to translate the Rand and US currencies into CDN for this report? I have setup the exchange tables and they work great for one database.

Open Report in FRX. Then click on Open Column icon from toolbar. You probably have a column for each company ie Rand, US and CDN. Under the columns for Rand and US click in cell on the Currency Display row. Type CDN for each column. Leave that cell blank for CDN column.

Also on Toolbar click on Currency Translation and mark sure check mark is beside Activate DAX Currency Translation.

If you need additional help feel free to contact me.
Kind Regards,
Bruce
