The frx is also used by some 3rd party controls to store binary info they need, so you can't always just delete it.
But shoud the frx get corrupt (which occasionally happens), you can recreate it by:
1) Open the form in VB in form view (not code view)
2) Use Windows Explorer to delete the frx file
3) Switch back to VB and immediately save the form.
4) The frx will get recreated
