FRX EMAIL ERROR

I am trying to email financial statement and i get this message. it foes 1 of 2, 2 of 2 and then erro message
Error loading columns for printing. then you click ok, then another error. Error setting device context. please open drilldown viewer and try again.

i have tried on differerent machines

any suggestions

The mail server sometimes can not read .frd files. you need to check the setting for mail server to read frx files

I really don't know that because this problem was rectify by our IT person by fixing something in mail server
