FRx drill down wont drill down

I open a frd file, and the drill down viewer opens. But when I try to "drill-down", the viewer sits there and wont open the sub-sections of the files. If I go to another machine, I can open the same file and drill-down all I want. I have uninstalled, re-installed several times. I have had a software tech that sells Great Plains FRx Financial Reporter come and look at it. He tells me the machine is too old. It's a P4 2.8 with 1 gig Ram. I don't think it is too old when the one that can open the doc is a PIII system. I'd just use the older system, except that it is two floors away.

What would keep the drill down from letting me drill through this document?
