Frozen session

This only happens to one user on my 80-person network.

She uses a win98 PC with the latest ICA client version. And her session freezes periodically. What I discovered was that if I shadow her, I can un-freeze her. What's the explanation? Thanks!

How do you un-freeze her? Is she using published apps, published desktop? Are all your PCs W98?

I spent over 2 months with MS tech incident that ended up to be specific to Windows 98 as the "thin client".
