When remote user attempts to connect server locks up and becomes unresponsive for both remote user and user sitting at the machine.
Can connect from another networked machine via remote desktop and all looks normal. Stopping the pcanywhere service does not cause the server to become responsive to local user.
first time this happened only blue on screen.
second time "server has been locked" message. However, although the mouse cursor moves and keyboard seems to be sending a signal.....no response from server to ctrl+alt+del command.
2003 server is not sp1 but has all other updates.
Novell client is installed
No other symantec products installed on server.
