Someone from Legato has told me that networker will Freeze media if it exceeds a certain number of errors on a tape and will not use that Frozen media for backups. He has promised me the command line to produce a report on frozen media but hasn't found it in 2 days of searching. Does anyone else know of this hidden report?

frozen media report

Not familiar with a "frozen" status within NetWorker. If a volume reaches the error limit you described, it will be marked as full and read only. mminfo -mV will give you a list of your tapes, anything marked with an r in the flag column will be read only.
