FrontPage with Cgi

Is there a way to keep Frontpage from deleting Cgi info when posting updated html via FP2k?

Here's my dilema:
After posting cgi programs via ftp, FP2k deletes some of the cgi when I do my next FP upload.

I've searched the MS Help doc's, but haven't found any help.

Can anyone give detailed help?
