There's a frontpage website that someone I know just put on the web. They have someone hosting it for them on a Unix server (ipowerweb). If I'm at another website (say msnbc.com) and I type in the url the webpage loads underneath the msnbc webpage. I've never seen this before and I'm not familiar with frontpage. They said they loaded the extensions for frontpage. Has anyone come across this before?

all i could see is that their using a transition to fade in the page

its an internet explorer feature not frontpage extensions.
