Frontpage Still trying to Mail to Old Mail Server

changed my mail server and now frontpage fails trying to mail the old server. Frontpage Server Extensions has been updated with new SMTP server name but mail from a form generates an error '...cannot connect to SMTP host 'old_server' '. Why is it still trying to mail the old junked server even though extensions has been changed?
