Frontpage server problem

Hey all,
I am fairly new at website publishing

I am making a webpage in frontpage for my company. They originally had a site done in dream weaver, and the person who made it is no longer around.

I have been doing some research on this problem:

server publishing to does not have front page server extensions or sharepoint team service from microsoft installed

how do i get this published?

The ISP would normally install front page extensions at your request.
At the risk of upsetting some of the purists on the forum, my life has been much simpler since dropping the extensions and managing site content manually.
A lot to organise but not as much for Frontpage to mess up, something which happened frequently.
