Please can anyone assist?
I would imagine that many people have already asked this question, but I cant seem to find the answer anywhere. All I'm trying to do is create a website for uploading to my ISP (They do support FPSE) but before I do I wish to test the site using forms I've created in FrontPage. In particular I also wish the results of the form to be sent via email. I'm ok creating the forms and the properties but I understand that to test form etc, you need to install frontpage server extensions on the computer you are using. I have no idea how you do this and having visited microsoft's site, I'm still one the wiser. Is there anyone out there who can explain to me what exactly I need to do. If there is, I would be extremely grateful
Thanks in anticipation and look forward to any reply.... When everything else is said and done, there will be nothing else to say or do! God Bless everyone....

Basically, you can't. You really need to upload it. Uploading your web is not that big of a deal, and you can take it down just as easy. I use CuteFTP and I love it. It's really easy.

Left side = my web on my hard drive.
Right side = my web on server.

I can do whatever I want to either side, click and drag, blah, blah. Don't be scared!

Personal web server from microsoft will allow you to view pages as if they were on the web Live long and make your kids suffer..

Firslty, thanks for both the replies above. How do I get hold of Microsoft Personal Web Server please? When everything else is said and done, there will be nothing else to say or do! God Bless everyone....

Sorry, kb. I forgot about that one. Could never figure out how to use it, tho. I think that's why I forgot about it. Don't take my inability to figure it out as a bad thing. Some things are just really tough for me to understand. Like Excel VBA (enums in particular), networking my 2 PCs at home while keeping them both online through one cable connection and a usb hub, and my husband.

A million thanks for taking the time to reply. So good to see that there are some people in the world who help others.
Kindest regards to you both wherever you are in the world (It's raining and cold in the UK!)
