Frontpage saveresults - why different email does not work 1

I have a contact us page ( that uses the FrontPage webbot SaveResults. One of the parameters is an optional email address where the results will be sent.

Originally the email address was bco_inc@alltel.net and this worked fine. When I changed the email address to genmgr@blairsvillecomputeroutlet.com (a known good email address) the form works and saves the data but the email is never received.

I have tried other email addresses (jimmy-little@mindspring.com, averylongemailaddress@littlebitofthesouth.com) and they work fine. Just not the one to *@blairsvillecomputeroutlet.com.

Anyone have a guess as to why this is happening?

Yes, I created the new email account genmgr@blairsvillecomputeroutlet.com and tested it. It works fine. You can definitely receive mail at that address.

Try adding more than one e-mail to the list, yu can add them by seperating them with a comma. This will help you determine if it the e-mail address. If you are sending from the same domain you are mailing TO, then, in most cases, you can skip the @yourname.com portion.
so it might look like

Webmaster
instead of
webmaster@blairsvillecomputeroutlet.com

Which leads me to believe that there must be something in the web hosting provider (ReadyHosting) that is causing the problem.

Any idea what that might be?..JL
 
I would contact them. I have not seen anything like it before on FP - on J-Mail asp, yes. I would not think that have a certain domain being blocked for e-mail reasons. Especially since you can e-mail to other domains. At least it is not your coding & it seems you have enough proof to show them that it seems to be them rather than FP or you.
