Frontpage keeps erroring out

I get a critical error everytime I try to do anything in frontpage 2000. I have completely removed Office 2000, and reinstalled it, but with the same results. I can't find anything online explaining this problem, except on one forum, a person has the same problem, but nobody answered his post.

This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.

FRONTPG caused an invalid page fault in module LTKRN90N.DLL at 017f:677b48ff.

then I get a small message box that says

Load Failed:
cannot load LTKRN90N.DLL

It fails 100% every time I open a blank new page and go to insert a picture. The minute I double click the picture to insert, I get the error.

Locate LTKRN90N.DLL on your computer. Rename it to LTKRN90N.OLD or LTKRN90N.OLD.DLL.

Now insert your Office CD & when it comes up choose repair. Now go to

http://office.microsoft.com/OfficeUpdate/default.aspx

& let it scan your system to make sure that you have the current patches / updates. (Also make sure that your OS is up to date as well.)

Did this start happening when you installed some other software? You might also check out this site to download the DLL:

I had the same thing happen to me about a month ago. If CoreyBryant's solution doesn't work, try restoring the Windows registry from prior to when the problem started.
