Frontpage has caused an error in mfc42.dll

Hi

When attempting to open frontpage 2000 i recieve the error "Frontpg has caused an error in mfc42.dll. Try restarting your computer."

Needless to say this didnt work, and i have uninstalled and re-installed FP to no avail. I have applied Office2000 sp3, however i still cannot use FP due to this error. Im running on Windows ME. Any suggestions out there?
