I have a Frontpage form that collects several pieces for customer information. This data is saved to a SQL database when the form is submitted. Lately it appears that several records are being entered into the database even though the submit button has only been clicked onece...I've seen up to 5 entries. Does anybody know where I should begin to look to solve the issue? I've tried duplicating this by double.. triple clicking the button with no luck.
