FRONTPAGE DISCUSSION WEB WRAP PROBLEM

I have created a Frontpage 2002 Discussion Web, but there is either a problem with word wrapping or formatted carriage returns. The default is for word wrapping, but this ignores paragraphs and formatting -- everything is one happy paragraph. Going into the HTML and switching to HTML/PRE from HTML/BR per the Microsoft site solution, then one gets perfect paragraphs and other formatting -- except that there is no word wrapping on the browser when reading a message, and thus this is very unreadible if one writes a long paragraph.

How do you get both in FrontPage -- formatting and word wrapping? Or, would it be better to use other discussion board software that works with FrontPage?
