FrontPage Discussion web site issue

I created Discussion page in my web site using FrontPage 2003. The problem is the post doesn’t take the return or line spacing. For example, if I type

1. test1
2. test2
It displays 1.test1 2.test2. For the details, check this page

How can I make the post displays line spacing?
