FrontPage Crashes after Office SP2 install

Hi,

I installed FrontPage on an XP PC after I installed Microsoft Office 2002, OXPSP1 and OXPSP2. Since, the app crashes on me every single time I do something with a web page. I get the following error:

"Exception Information
Code" 0x000006d8 Flags: 0x00000000
Record: 0x00000000c000005 Address: 0x0000000000000000

System Information", etc..

Any idea why this is occurring. I have other users using the same setup by without having loaded OXPSP2, and they don't get this problem.

Any clue as to why this happens would be much appreciated.

After installing MSO XP SP2 be sure that you install all service packs for OS, IE, and MS Office

Other usual repairs include:
1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
3) In Windows Explorer Find and delete the file CMDUI.PRF
4) Disable or Uninstall any FP Addins
5) Run a Repair / Reinstall on FP & IE

Tiffany, Thank you. I ended up removing the entire Office XP and reloaded without the SP2. If I load SP2 on top of it, I get the same error. This happens with any PC I have, so I thought that this could be a known problem with this service pack
