FrontPage Counter

I'm using FrontPage 2000. When I insert a FrontPage component counter on a page, the counter shows up on all pages. I only need the counter on my home page. How would I go about inserting the FrontPage counter on just the home page?

Hi kashew,

Hum... that is weird...

The only reason why I could think of that causes the counter to appear in every page is because the counter was inserted in a templates region or shared borders region.

1)Make sure you did not inserted that counter into a shared template/shared border region.

2)If you've made sure that you've inserted it properly(according to Frontpage's instruction) and where it should be than try taking out the counters, close FrontPage, and open your home page ONLY and insert the counter again.
