FrontPage 2003 FP3 Recovery from re-installation in Windows 7 Boot Camp MacBook Pro Yosemite

I need to find a way to select the relevant folders/files from the downloaded website data from the server on which it resides (Host Papa cPanel) to my FrontPage 2003 SP3 program data folder (since I have been unable to fully recover/restore those data from my USD Backup external hard drive).
By way of background, I am in the process of recovering from a catastrophic failure of my MacBook Pro Mid-2012 with Boot Camp Windows 7 SP2 (I tried to upgrade from Yosemite to El Capitan, not realizing that El Capitan not only does not support Boot Camp Windows 7, but also affords no protection from eliminating the Boot Camp partition as part of the Upgrade process!). I was using FrontPage 2003 SP3 with Filezilla Client under Yosemite with Boot Camp Windows 7 SP2 successfully to support my website for the Canadian Club of Kingston. As part of the recovery process, I was able to revert to Yosemite, although I had to revert to an older version of Boot Camp (and recover/restore my Mac OS data from my USB external hard drive), and re-install Windows 7 SP2 (requiring several days to complete the Windows Update process). However, I need to complete a successful restore/recovery process from my separate Windows 7 USB Backup HD, since I do not have access to the FrontPage program data without it. I understand that I ought to be able to selectively download the requisite data from that on the website's server (Host Papa cPanel), since I inadvertently downloaded the entire contents of the subject server.
Please advise how to accomplish this essential process.
BTW, I had understood that I should not complete the Windows 7 SP2 recovery/restore process until I re-install a second legacy program (Quicken XG 2007, for which my original DVD/CD product disk is inaccessible to me for another seven weeks - I am away form home for that time. However, I did perform the backup/restore process, but I am unable to locate the requisite folders/files for the FrontPage 2003 program data!

Welcome to tek-tips, Arbyem.

Your question sounds like it could be one of the following (or perhaps a problem which you need to break down into individual steps/questions for the following forums):

If your main concern is the transfer of files from one location to another, then the Web Designers forum or another forum devoted to web development may be best. Frontpage used to be a part of Office, but Microsoft dropped support quite some time ago, and it has greatly dwindled in market share. All the latter to say if you need Frontpage-specific help, you're probably going to have a hard time finding much on the interwebs these days, unless you search and find it via old blog posts or online discussions.

Otherwise, I'd suggest try searching for some keywords either within this site or via your favorite search engine.

If you end up posting other questions, it wouldn't hurt for future reference to add links to those questions/discussions here for easy reference.
