FrontPage 2003 error at startup

When I try to start Front page, it says it encountered a problem and needs to close (it wasn't open to begin with). Next I get a message saying:

FrontPage failed to start correctly last time. Starting FrontPage in safe mode will help you correct or isolate a startup problem in order to successfully start the program. Some functionality may be disabled in this mode.

Do you want to Start FrontPage in safe mode?

I'm a fairly new user to this program. I am able to get in and revise my website though.

Any ideas how to fix this or why it's happening.
