Frontpage 2002 Guest Book Problem

My guest book for frontpage 2002 is unable to save comments my visitors submit. Whenever I publish my guest book, the coments that was there would disapear. I don't know what the problem might be. I tried deleting the guest book and creating it again. I've been trying to fix this issue for about five months now, and it is really getting to me. Plese help.

It should not do this since the guestlog.htm should be more current on the server than on your local machine. Unless you are changing the guestlog.htm as well? Or when you publish - do you choose to overwrite all existing files on the server?
