Frontpage 2002 guest book is not working......

Everytime I publish my guest book, the theme color for my guest book would disapear (Other themes stays the same). I don't know what the problem is. And sometime all the information that was there would also disapear. Whever I add a comment, I can't see what I add unless I close out the site and clear temporary files and go back to the site. That's when the theme disapears.Please help.
