Frontpage 2002 Discussion Web is terrible

I just upgraded from FrontPage 98 to FrontPage 2002 and am not happy. The one and only reason I use FrontPage is to create and manage a web discussion group. Not only are there no enhancements in the 2002 version, but it has a problem that in my mind makes it unusable.

When a visitor posts a message that contains more than one paragraph all the text is run together with no paragraph breaks making it look really stupid and difficult to read.

After 93 minutes on the phone with Microsoft Tech support they informed me that it was not a problem, but just the way it works. Why then was it OK in FP98?

Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution.
