FrontPage 2000 Horizontal Rule does not reflect theme applied

Good afternoon,

I have noticed that the built in themes are supposed to replace Horizontal Rule elements with the graphical elements in the theme.

I have never actually seen this work and regardless of the theme chosen, the <HR> element is always displayed as a plain horizontal line.

Am I doing something wrong?
Or is this a feature of the themes implmentation in FrontPage 2000?

Look under themes and see if you've got the 'Active Graphics' box ticked (bottom left of window) - If not tick it and try inserting a horizontal rule again - Should do the trick
