Front Page Programming Help is broken

When I access Front Page (2002) Programming help I get an error saying "A runtime error has occurred". In script editor it reports that ADODB.Recordset: Operation is not allowed when object is closed.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled etc etc.

Any ideas how to fix?
