I recently purchased a new server and I am in the process of transferring my website over to it. I use FP 2002
The catch is that I'm breaking up the folders/directories on the old web site to separate web sites of their own.
For example: My old site is Ag. Within in Ag I have many folders separating content (equine, bovine, poultry, horticulture, ect....). I have begun to convert each folder into a sub web and then publish the sub web as a web with new address. ie.... from Ag to equine.edu, bovine.edu, poultry.edu. ect.....
The publishing works fine. The problem is when the pages are served up in IE, I get double text content. I also noticed that pictures try to appear twice. The theme is also not correct. If you scroll down the page, the picture is there where the content begins again. I've view the html code in front page and it is listed only once. But if you view the
source in IE you will see the code twice.
To view the correct page on the old server go to
To view these abnormalities go to
I work with many departments within Agriculture that wish to have their own addresses. Otherwise I would have never tried to break up what was already working.
Thank you in advance.
