Front page extensions in sub directory

I am using Frontpage 2000 i have extensions intalled in the root directory of my hosting vendor GoDaddy, But of course the extensions in all the sub directories for my other web sites do not see the extensions for my mail form. Is there a way to have Frontpage see and be able to use the extensions which work find for the web site in the Root directory?
