Just posing this question to get some ideas.

I have created a spreadsheet that a helpdesk type person will be using. They will be observing a dashboard view that will give certain alarms for several applications/servers. I have documented in the spreadsheet each server/application error and what they need to do. They would either elevate the issue, or click on a hyperlink to instruct them on what steps they need to do.

I have been pondering how I want to create (if at all) a front end to the data. Right now, I just have it in list form.

Anyone input of ideas is welcomed...
