Exchange 2k3 (fully patched) Front-Back Config running on 2k3 servers running SP1.

Previously I used a single Exchange 2k3 server and the iisadmpwd site worked fine after
reading a couple of KB articles (namely

The site runs SSL

Now I've added a front end server which I enabled for iisadmpwd like I did the
back (all the same steps). The front's site works except for the expired
password page (aexp3.asp). When using this page to reset an expired
password the page grinds for a minute and eventually reports:

Error: Invalid username or password

I've copied all the pages from the Back End server to the Front End server, re-registered
the iispwchg.dll and set the passwordchangeflags to 0. Prior to the copy
the aexp3.asp page would return an error - page not found while re-directing
users to http:...../achg.asp (we do not allow http to the server only
https).

So if anyone can help me find out why aexp3.asp only ever results in the
above error please please reply. Seems like a possible scripting issue to
me.

Also note that in this configuration the site is using the local anonymous user account and that the page aexp2b - which allows a user to change a password before it has expired works perfectly fine.
