I am having some replication or communications issues between DC's and an Exchange Front-end server.

When I disable an account on a DC it takes over an hour for the information to Exchange Front-end server. If I disable an account on exchange, OWA is immediately disable but I still can logon the pc for about an hour. If I disable the account on a DC, the logon on the PC is immediately disabled but I still can use OWA for about an hour.

The same happens if I enable or change password on an account.

I doubt that this is normal so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Soundls like AD replication latency, not an exchange issue at all.
