Hi all,
Please help a relatively-inexperienced-in-Exchange guy out. We've been asked to fix an Exchange 2003 (SP2) set up: it has a back-end server that's working fine, and a front-end OWA/OMA server that was OK...
Problems started when the OWA server was moved to a different logical subnet and the IP address changed. Now OWA/OMA doesn't work - 500 Server Error when accesssing /servername/exchange. I've been through the config with a fine toothcomb, and from what I can see the problem (partly) stems from the \\.\BackOfficeStorage link in the Virtual Directory.
Searching around, it seems it should be possible to map a drive to this location to 'browse' it (i.e. subst m: \\.\BackOfficeStorage). However, I can't do this - I just get "path not found". I'm hoping that if I can get the path/vdir working everything else will click into place. The question is: why isn't that path working, and what do I do to fix it? I've tried deleting/recreating the virtual dirs already.
Thanks very very very much in advance for any help anyone can give.
