Front-end installation failed

Hi,
Trying to install a front-end server on our Exchange 2000 site. I'm using Exchnage 2000 Enterprise for this installation.

During setup I get the following error:

"Setup failed while installing sub-component Microsoft Exchange Server-Level Objects with error code 0x80072030 (please consult the installation logs for detailed description). You may cancel the installation or try the failed step again."

The installation log shows:

"Setup failed while Creating Active Directory objects for Microsoft Exchange Server-Level Objects (error 0x80072030: There is no such object on the server.)"

And the installation fail.

Any idea why?
