Is it possible to put back togeter a database that has been split alreadY??? the reason for this is I need to modify the already built in relationships and I wonder if that is possible.....

In a front end MDB, delete the linked tables and import them from the backend.

Alright can i then export them and link them without any problem to the backend?

Hi!

If all you need to do is modify the relationships then just close the front end, modify the relationships and it should be reflected in how the queries in the front end behave. I have not had to do anything special to the front end when doing this.

hth

Note: when you delete a linked table, all you do is break the link. Then you would have to go back and relink all of the tables again. There would be no reason to export anything.
