We upgraded from 2.5 to 3.2.55
We don't have AA or overflow coverage and that is just a company preferred thing.
Previously, any inbound caller past apppearance once wold give a audible tone every couple of seconds in the headset when a incoming call came in.
Now, in 3.2.55, it does not do this.
The front desk is missing calls at times, as she is on a call, trying to do a locate, etc and miss the inbound call (it rings once and then the call appearance flashes).
Anyone have any ideas/suggestion on how I get a audible alert for all calls past caller 1 ?
