Front Desk Pickup - Need Advice

We upgraded from 2.5 to 3.2.55
We don't have AA or overflow coverage and that is just a company preferred thing.

Previously, any inbound caller past apppearance once wold give a audible tone every couple of seconds in the headset when a incoming call came in.

Now, in 3.2.55, it does not do this.
The front desk is missing calls at times, as she is on a call, trying to do a locate, etc and miss the inbound call (it rings once and then the call appearance flashes).

Anyone have any ideas/suggestion on how I get a audible alert for all calls past caller 1 ?
 
i have noticed this on newer versions, but have not really had any complaints.
 
can you put an analog ext or ringer box at the desk in addition to the reception phone? Make it part of the group that rings in. those two analog ports on the 406 can come in pretty handy.
