If you get this come up as spam mail and are wondering how to find the sender, goto view -> Options.

At the bottom of the box is internet headers, the senders e-mail address will be in there so you can add it to your spam list.

The problem is that very little (any?) spam is really sent from the "From:" address as those of us with domains who have received thousands of bounced spams well know.
