I was tinkering with my company issued laptop , changed the network settings from Domain to Workgroup, now I cannot change it back , due to not being able to log back in to Windows with my user name due to the change , as it is seeking the Domain....Please help :)

Thanks in advance.

You need to use a Local account, preferably Administrator account on the Laptop. Since you removed the domain from the laptop, your Domain user is no longer valid.

So you need to log into a user created on the machine that is not part of the domain. Usually a Local Administrator.

If you don't have a password then, you can't do much.

You'll have to take it to your company's IT department and have them log in and restore the domain.
