Hi all,
I am writing some software to send data to an Intermec printer. I have already done this for the Tharo Datamax printers and it works fine over the network, using a Troy device.
I have connected the Intermec (Easycoder F4) up via serial and I could (using Hyperterminal) send it Fingerprint commands with no problems. As soon as I hooked it back up to our network it stops working again. I can print TestLabels from the printers properties, so I know we have communication, but when I try to send it some fingerprint commands I get nothing in response and nothing happens.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be happening? I know it is probably hard without actually seeing the settings, but if someone could just give me some clue then I would have somewhere to go next.
Thank you for any advice you may be able to offer.
