Hallo All,
I have a question. My old mailserver is a standard sendmail box, with all mail in one file in /var/spool/mail/user.
My new mailserver is set up as per the guidelines of this now famous document:
So the mail is stored in seperate files in
/home/vpopmail/domains/somedomain/someuser/Maildir/xxx.xxx

Does anybody know how to get the old Maildir file into this new setup. The old file contains multiple emails, if I simply copy it to this new location I can only view the first one.

Any help much appreciated.

If it's a single file, its an mbox file. There are convertors for mbox->maildir.
