From SAP R3 Enterprise Extension Set 110 to Netweaver and Portal

Hi, we have SAP R3 Enterprise Extension Set 110. These are some of the components that we have

SAP_BASIS 620 39
SAP_ABA 620 39
SAP_APPL 470 20
SAP_HR 470 30
EA-PS 110 17

We only installed and have in producion the ABAP component, but we also have the Java component CD's.

If we were going to install Portal, to what support package levels should we go?

Another question: What is the difference between Extension Set 110 and 200? Searching for this kind of info is a pain !!!
