You're most likely to get somewhat biased advice here.
I would hope whoever is going to manage the firewall would have a major role in the decision making, and that person would go with whatever they're comfortable with, be it PIX, NetScreen, CheckPoint, what-have-you.
Unless there is a --specific-- reason to switch, why do it?
