from PC startup how to open IE 2 times on 2 different monitors

I am using a batch file - using the start command twice calling 2 different IPs
always goes to the same screen for both IE windows
would like 1st IE on display 1 & 2nd IE on display 2
any ideas

Is this using only windows commands or can you use something from another vendor? If the latter, have a look at
