FROM .NET [FILEIO] error

I am connecting to a MAS200 database via both an ASP page and a ASP.NET page (I'm experimenting) the .net page just doesnt display data (and there is data) and the ASP displays the following error.

This is the full error message
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[ProvideX][ODBC Driver][FILEIO]Physical File is not accessible

I also get this error if a open some (not all) crystal reports for MAS90 MAS 200 contained in the Reports folder via windows explorer.

Has anyone seen this?

On another note what is a good source for the MAS200 SQL syntax?
