From my MS Access switchboard menu I link to Crystal Reports to print my reports. I created a parameter to prompt the user to enter the date range.
I link to the Crystal reports ok, but you must press the refresh button before the parameter prompts you for the date. Is there anyway to have the parameter prompt appear each time I link from MS Access to my Crystal Reports.
In other words if a user selects Reports 1 from the MS Access switchboard menu (which links to my Crystal reports)
can the enter date parameter prompt appear first or you always have to press the refresh button to get the prompt to appear?
