from line disappeared outlook 2000

Can some please give me a hand.

The from line that appears on my outgoing emails has disappeared this may not seem to be a big deal but its really causing me issues...If you can help me out I would be forever greateful

Are you talking about the from field that appears when you're composing the email, or the from field that appears when the message is received by the recipient or is viewed in your sent items?

If its when your composing the email then try clicking view and selecting From Field while you are in the email.
