One of my clients sent me a pdf of a newspaper ad he was getting ready to run. It was around a 3/4 page in the newspaper. I reduced it to fit our 5.5" X 8.5" postcard and it appears to be workable. The detail would have been hard for me to do on the small card.

Do any of you do your layouts in a form that is larger than you need? Then you would reduce it to fit the correct measurements. There would be several more steps involved, but it may be easier in the long run.

Thank you for any assistance.

You should check out Q6, which introduces 'layout spaces'. Basically, you create several documents of different sizes or intents and then use Q6's new ability to apply changes to all when only one document is modified.
